- You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, username, or any account rights. All information you provide to Daekyo for the registration and at all other times will be accurate, true, current and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
- All passwords to your myeyelevel.com account are to be held in the strictest of confidence. You may not share or disclose any password or log in information to any other user. If you breach any provision of this section, we shall be entitled to
i) terminate this Agreement immediately with notice to you
ii) disable your account in the myeyelevel.com and
iii) seek any legal or equitable remedies.
- You will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other myeyelevel.com users.
- Your use of the content will not violate any rights including but not limited to copyrights, intellectual property rights, trademark, privacy, or any other applicable law or regulation of any country, state, other governmental entities or any third party. Daekyo takes protection of copyrights, both of Daekyo and others, very seriously. Daekyo attempts to prevent all copyright infringement on myeyelevel.com and to promptly end any infringement that might occur.
Restriction and Termination of Use
Daekyo may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the myeyelevel.com and the content at any time in Daekyo’s discretion, without prior notice or liability to you.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
MYEYELEVEL.COM AND ALL MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THE MYEYELEVEL.COM ARE DISTRIBUTED AND TRANSMITTED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, DAEKYO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (i) MYEYELEVEL.COM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) ACCESS TO THE MYEYELEVEL.COM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTES; (iii) THE QUALITY OF THE MYEYELEVEL.COM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (iv) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN THE MYEYELEVEL.COM, SERVICES OR MATERIALS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Daekyo is not responsible or liable for any infections or contamination of your system, or delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions arising out of your use of myeyelevel.com or with respect to the information and material contained on myeyelevel.com. The entire risk as to the quality, accuracy, adequacy, completeness, correctness and validity of any material rests with you.
Please note that Daekyo cannot be responsible for the effects of any third-party software including Malware on your computer system. While Daekyo continuously works to ensure that everything on the myeyelevel.com site is working properly, sometimes Malware programs on your personal computer may interfere with your experience on the myeyelevel.com site and on other sites that you visit. If you do discover any Malware on your system, we also suggest you speak with a qualified computer technician.
Indemnification.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, Daekyo, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the myeyelevel.com from and against any claims, damages, cost, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your conduct, your use or inability to use the myeyelevel.com, your breach or alleged breach of the myeyelevel.com Terms of Use or of any representation or warranty contained herein, your unauthorized use of the myeyelevel.com, or your violation of any rights of another.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Daekyo regarding its subject matter. Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void or invalid, that fact will not affect any other provision, and the remainder of this Agreement will be construed to most closely give effect to the parties' intentions. Failure by Daekyo to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. The interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed according to international treaty provisions and other applicable laws.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of use by reference. You may review our Privacy Policy here:

You further agree that by your continued use of the site, you agree to the terms of our Terms of use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to your information being used in the manner stated in our Privacy Policy, please cease and desist from using the service(s) provided by myeyelevel.com.
Modification and Termination
Daekyo are constantly changing and improving myeyelevel.com. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a part of myeyelevel.com.
You can stop using myeyelevel.com at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Daekyo may also stop providing myeyelevel.com to you, or add or create new limits to myeyelevel.com at any time.
Daekyo may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to the myeyelevel.com to, for instance, reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. You should look at the terms regularly.
